To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次黎呢間野飲茶，樓面人都唔多個，侍應對客愛理不理，加水叫極都無人黎要搞到自己搵水壺。點心好多都話無，最勁係叫左個雞扎，入面魚肚超硬 雞肉係半件生，無蒸熟到。叫個經理黎，非常順灘地話幫我地取消，而旁面嘅樓面笑住同經理講：「哈！又有生😃」經理開心地笑而不語，即係擺明呢間野不嬲都有煮唔熟嘅習慣。見到枱頭有意見紙，上手客都寫左差唔多嘅野。間唔中都會黎科學園行下食下野，估唔到第一次上黎飲茶就中招，我未試過飲茶有蒸唔熟嘅點心，永遠唔會再黎！垃圾
