To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我從來未想過用錢來買垃圾,之前堂食都冇乜問題除咗上餐超慢,今次下午茶外賣焗豬飯,那不是豬扒,是豬的頭頭尾尾,”豬扒”仲要紙咁薄!啲飯都唔係原兜焗出嚟,博人哋食唔出咩,又太多汁,個汁仲喊到食完分分鐘要去洗腎,食咗少少已經頂唔順要成兜掉咗佢。我都覺得點解咁快可以取餐,原來都不是”焗飯”! 佢係將隔夜飯同頭頭尾尾的豬肉片再加超勁鹹的蕃茄醬擺落個兜度焗一焗,搞掂!成件事好失望!叫正價焗豬扒飯應該係真正嘅焗豬扒飯掛,但係咁樣做生意叫人點樣再幫襯你?$47換來永久black list值得嗎?
