To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少會花時間打意見但呢間野真係超乎我想像禁差環境衛生 - 差，我坐果張枱個地下黐黐立立好似無清潔過。食物 - 個和牛漢堡件漢堡硬過石頭，個意粉係無味既，份量又少，好多菜式都好一般，唔值咁貴，每一碟收百幾蚊。服務 - 問個外籍女侍應俾杯熱水，佢唔聽我講俾左杯室溫水我，我再同佢講話係要熱水，佢居然唔理我走左去，要我同講廣東話嘅女侍應講佢先比一杯熱水我。點解呢間野可以生存到，我強烈唔建議去食呢間餐廳，費事嘥錢嘥時間。
