To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫左薯粉，一嚟到個薯粉未熟，入口硬，問個侍應薯粉正常唔係煮完會半透明嘅咩？？佢答我唔知，响度做日日對住碗嘢都可以話唔知，我真係想鬧岀嚟，我自己食左咁多次薯粉呢間真心差，食物質素服務態度差，連個魚腐個心入面都重係凍，服務又差，我坐正响對住水吧，樓面嘈到拆天，啲食客望住佢地都唔覺得有嘢，又頭嘈到落尾無諗過啲客嘅感受
