轉眼間又到新的一年今日和老婆到銅鑼灣添置家品之後到登龍街食日式鐵板燒餐廳裝潢時尚型格選用的都是高質新鮮食材比目魚沙律作為頭盤比目魚肉質嫩滑入口即化配上微酸的柚子醬汁十分開胃沙律菜新鮮脆口作為頭盤十分適合芝士蛋奄列這是我最愛的菜式作為芝士控奄列內餡的芝充滿濃郁的奶香與鹹香外層微微煎至金黃最喜歡q彈的口感香煎鵝肝鵝肝煎得剛剛好外層微脆搭配的無花果平衡了油脂底層的烤麵包吸收了油香配搭得非常好避風塘茄子茄子外層煎得香脆而內裏則柔軟滑溜撒上蒜香碎和辣椒每啖都充滿風味蠔 (4粒)蠔非常肥美以鐵板煎香肉質鮮甜多汁 A5和牛坑腩選用的是A5和牛坑腩以鐵板快速煎香鎖住肉汁充滿了油花入口即溶明太子御好燒賣相非常討好外層香脆內部鬆軟朱古力炸彈這個甜品是餐廳獨家炮製朱古力外層炸得香脆內裏是溜心每一道菜都不會讓人失望師傅處理得剛剛好店員服務也用心💯💯
