見朋友開心share一間火焰主題嘅餐廳,每個位都真係見到熊熊烈火幾得意,今晚去朝聖下。三款前菜甜薯、鮟鱇魚肝同吞拿魚各有特色,我最鍾意吞拿魚扒新鮮厚實,配埋黑白芝麻好香。牡丹蝦、吞拿魚蓉同黑魚子呢個奢華嘅組合一啖放入口,一個字鮮,軟滑甘香。黑毛和牛刺身開頭擔心睇落都幾生,但肉夠靚又有火炙香味都接受到。 芥末籽水菜沙律印象都幾深刻,新鮮爽脆,水菜原來仲有一種未食過嘅香氣,一路食一路覺得好健康。鵝肝茶碗蒸係分子料理,第一次食到泡沫狀態嘅蛋,感覺幾得意,幼滑有蛋香。清酒煮帆立貝幾大粒,只係輕輕燒咗兩面,非常幼嫩僅僅熟。 最特別嘅係上菜時放咗喺金魚缸上面,下面仲有條金魚游緊水,打卡一流。炭燻牛舌芯估唔到真係放左舊燒紅嘅炭係牛舌上面焗多陣,個焦香真係不得了。 牛舌心同預期一樣爽口彈牙,配有梅子鹽Wasabi同芥末醬,味道好豐富多變。和牛他他配漬物、紫蘇葉同紫菜包住食,即使幾樣嘢咁濃味都冇搶到和牛嘅味道,牛味好濃好香。白蘭地酒香迷你壽喜燒好啱我口味,師傅煮到只係剩返酒香完全唔苦,令到甜甜地嘅壽喜燒更加有層次,和牛當然冇得輸,值得一讚呢個小小嘅壽喜燒都用咗好多款唔同嘅蔬菜,豆腐同芋絲都有齊,好有誠意

重頭戲A5黑毛和牛柳有返咁上下厚度,一咬落去油花爆曬出嚟,唔需要好複雜嘅調味,簡簡單單刨咗啲烏魚子碎,咸香味同牛味相輔相成。

慢煮安格斯封門柳飯肉量估唔到同一個main差唔多,比較紮實重牛味。 來自北海道嘅米好香,燒得焦香嘅封門柳配埋惹味嘅山賊醬,成個組合好完美。
