平時食開麵的我發現食麵原來都可以好型!我的朋友介紹銅鑼灣希雲街開咗一間新派的型格麵店,裝修不錯而且廚師用心煮,例如會以36小時熬花膠大筒骨湯 作為湯底!有呢種自家熬製36小時湯汁吸引下,和朋友一起品嚐一下,果然不錯,我們叫了薯粉和米線,湯汁果然美味,使配料都口味提升更多,而且配料都多選擇,我自己推介好味例如有秘製酸菜, 大鑊炸醬,鹵水豬腸,麻辣腩肉卷,自家製午餐肉餃,鴨血, 雪花雞絲呢!埋單都係$100 左右,平靚正!下次想再幫襯special 大鑊餐呢!Dywok大鑊銅鑼灣禮頓道128-132號地舖
