吃完韓燒,有點意猶未盡,很想吃點冰品降降火。醒起早前曾看過某飲食雜誌,推介尖沙咀新開的甜品店《Mango X’press》,據說店子以外賣為主,是台灣過江龍《MangoChaCha》的新 Line。其實《MangoChaCha》筆者之前曾到訪過,對店裡以愛文芒打造的甜品印象深刻,尤其是一道「金牌情人」,頂頭以愛文芒做成的雪糕,質地不但夠 creamy,而且仲保留咗愛文芒的清新香味,加上底層的雪花冰,挺身得來亦充滿芒果香,入口即融,著實令人回味。既然店舖開咗新品牌,反正離韓燒店不遠,就一於拉老公過去八吓。店子正門其實是位於厚福街,而並非 OpenRice上登記的加拿芬道,而且店面比想像中細小,裝潢則沿用鮮橙色為主調。走近看看,估唔到店子麻雀雖小、但五臟俱全,食物款式勁多,由醒神的咖啡、以芒果打造的奶昔、果汁,以至小食趣醬炸雞、花枝丸、馬卡龍、香芒芝士餅、香芒蛋卷等都有供應。唔少得的,當然還有人氣 Top 1 Mango X’presso。老公嚷著口渴,搶先點了杯熱情的芒果 ($34),初頭無為意個甜品杯竟然識得發光,原來杯底下面加咗盞燈,見杯飲品突然間一路啜一路閃,非常搶眼,吸引了不少路

老公嚷著口渴,搶先點了杯熱情的芒果 ($34),初頭無為意個甜品杯竟然識得發光,原來杯底下面加咗盞燈,見杯飲品突然間一路啜一路閃,非常搶眼,吸引了不少路過的途人目光。其實杯飲品好簡單,面頭是以愛文芒果打造的雪糕球,而下面就是混入了芒果粒和奇異果籽的芒果梳打,味道甜香迷人,絕不膩口。原來個杯飲完後仲可以帶走,老公話早知就唔使飲得咁擒青啦!

至於我的目標,唔使問阿貴都知必定是這杯吸睛度爆的 Mango X’presso ($68),甜品非常特別,下層以彩虹梳打做膽,至於面頭的 Toppings,客人就可以於心心窩夫、趣醬雜錦炸物、趣醬炸雞、趣醬炸花枝丸、不能說的炸飯,五款之中,任擇其一。筆者是窩夫粉絲,當然不會錯過。成品放上檯面時,一看,嘩!勁大杯,其實下層飲品是加了芒果的果汁梳打,上面則放了一大盤以窩夫圍邊的芒果雪糕及忌廉,中間仲插咗枝飲筒,方便客人邊逛邊吃。水滴窩夫吃起來非常脆身,質感鬆軟又滿是濃郁的蛋香,用手拿著蘸一點忌廉及雪糕,再舀一匙新鮮芒果肉入口,美味得難以形容。

其實還有不少新推出的招牌作想試,或者下個星期放病假,看看是否可以單拖來吃個下午茶精選套餐先。
