閨蜜從外國回來,嚷着要到滿型格又好味嘅中菜廳聚會,我們就選蘭桂坊的紅樓!紅高粱大酒瓶作屏風,香檳酒吧,落地玻璃窗,室內設計大方大氣,好舒適呀!食物正!前菜先來是一口一顆外脆內暖入口即溶的椒鹽豆腐,然後是不油不膩的涼拌粉皮,精彩的是鴛鴦蝦球!甘香鬆脆鹹蛋黃外層包裹着超彈牙的蝦球,這是食物界的超級享受!跟着再咬一口芥末味的,芥末味飛上鼻腔,痕癢癢的,這是另一境界!主菜是燒鵝河粉和秘製牛肋骨。這是我走遍天下最好吃的燒鵝河粉- 燒鵝鮮嫩,河粉幼滑,湯汁鮮甜,最後一滴湯都不可以浪費!牛肋骨牛肉鬆軟有嚼口,肉汁濃郁,回味無窮!最後不可不吃的是流心紫薯,少甜多脆, 好好食!紅樓- 棒!蝦多
