To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同屋企人食飯，因為心心念念左扁皮鴨好耐，就決定去城中鴨子食見佢個柚子沙律係推介，就叫咗嚟試吓，柚子好清甜，上面仲加一啲芋頭絲做點綴，好有口感，令個沙律食落更有層次。跟住係個牛肉餡餅，比想像中好吃太多了!!!一切開啲肉汁爆曬出嚟，好juicy呀😋😋😋😋而鴨肉炒飯就好有鑊氣，啲飯粒粒粒分明，但係唔食青豆嘅慎叫呀!!!😣小籠包都超級美味，加少少醋一入口啲肉汁又爆出來了，屋企人都好鍾意🥰🥰🥰跟住去到個蟹鉗，兩隻原隻蟹鉗好鮮甜，配埋佢比嘅酸甜汁，好想再encore呢一個，小朋友大人都鍾意😝屋企人好鍾意食魚，同埋佢都有特別推介，所以就叫咗一個水煮魚片，魚片非常之多，配料有腐竹，金針菇，寬粉等，好香辣好惹味終於嚟到重頭戲扁皮鴨，覺得完全冇揀錯餐廳，將扁皮鴨放上面皮上，加上青瓜同蔥，一啖擺落咀，覺得沒有白行一趟，稍有不足就係所有鴨都係已經在後邊切好，寫到依度已經好想再食多次😙😙😙😙
