之前去過「Season Plus」旺角分店,覺得佢地生蠔同海鮮好抵食,所以今次又同蠔友一齊黎刷返餐勁嘅!💪🏻第一次黎尖沙咀分店,雖然要行後巷上去,好似有少少偏僻咁,不過其實更顯得像城市中嘅後花園,令人感覺耳目一新,可謂咁多間分店最感覺良好嘅一間。😂黎得「Season Plus」,梗係要享用生蠔白酒套餐優惠啦!最平$198,就可以有一支白酒和一打生蠔,真係好抵!上次試過意大利嘅Tini Bianco($148)覺得唔錯!今次我地再豪啲,叫左支澳洲嘅La Catrina Moscato($268)入口清甜易入口,帶有白花、荔枝、蜜糖、水蜜桃🍑等香味, 啱晒愛甜酒嘅foodie~配生蠔更一流!生蠔可以揀精選生蠔(一打)或中碼生蠔(半打),中碼生蠔顧名思義就梗係大隻啲啦!😂我地揀左中碼,真係大精選生蠔一個double 架!生蠔好肥美,又鮮甜,海水味比較淡,尾段有濃烈嘅礦物味,值得一試!Over 1年以上都冇加過價嘅烤焗海鮮拼盤($298),真係幾抵食!拼盤有:芝士焗原隻龍蝦 巴馬臣芝士焗扇貝 蒜蓉翡翠螺2隻 芝士黑松露焗大蘑菇1隻 牛油蒜蓉焗虎蝦2隻 好豐富呀!芝士與龍蝦係可謂最完美嘅配搭

我地揀左中碼,真係大精選生蠔一個double 架!
生蠔好肥美,又鮮甜,
海水味比較淡,尾段有濃烈嘅礦物味,值得一試!

扇貝只係得一隻,好難share食呢~
不過扇貝有勁多芝士🧀掩蓋着,係幾「芝」味嘅~
小編最鍾意食菇,芝士黑松露焗大蘑菇就梗係正啦!大蘑菇好juicy,芝士好有拉絲感~

份量都算幾多,
牛肉粒成日好容易煮得太熟變嚡口,
但呢度嘅牛肉粒因為係日本和牛關係,
食落好肉香juicy,喜出望外!

平時食開嘅雞軟骨多數都係煎,好少係酥炸,
而呢度嘅酥炸雞軟骨更香脆可口,值得一試!😋(雖然菜名叫做「雞軟骨串」唔係好啱😅)
