To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係誠品行到攰，想坐下，飲杯咖啡食個cake，Habitu真係最好既選擇。玫瑰芝士蛋糕-除左外層被玫瑰mouse包裹著，入面的夾心也是玫瑰口味的果醬，玫瑰愛好者必點。Rosé latte-一入口便傳來陣陣玫瑰香，奶味相對重些，適合喜歡溫和咖啡味的愛好者，面頭有些玫瑰點綴，帶點浪漫感。Cappuccino brulee-上面有薄薄的焦糖脆片增添了口感，還加了些咖啡豆，更有美感。咖啡味苦澀濃烈，帶點微微的焦糖香甜，是一杯有層次的咖啡。一杯香濃咖啡、一件甜美蛋糕，再配上一本好書，最好的下午不過如此。
