To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期三晚,約齊一班朋友仔來到了GreenHouse 飯聚,呢間Greenhouse 不論裝修同環境都好似温室咁,放左不少盆栽!睇左一日電腦後,望到綠悠悠感覺份外舒緩!侍應先送上中英文對照的餐牌.....服務員介紹嘅特飲 Mid Light Gloria!一上枱好靚呀,紫色嘅係來自泰國的蝶豆花茶 ,加左落以西柚汁,熱情果汁同埋青檸檬汁為主調的Base,,味道酸酸甜甜又開胃,遠看有點似星空的感覺, 為今晚的聚餐揭開序幕!朋友叫左嘅係 absolut Peach and Vanilla Iced Tea, 賣相帶點泰式風情,都係好特別架 !先嚟嘅係烤波多黎各菇配韓式泡菜芝士, 經過烤焗的大傘菇厚肉多汁, 菇味香濃 ,再配上微辣的泡菜芝士,好惹味呀!烤菇用左大量的車打芝士,燒過的芝士入口軟綿綿,入口菇汁四濺,我不好芝士的,都覺得好值得一試!我都點左個青檸香茅雞翼配秘製森巴醬, 上枱時係熱辣辣既 ,咬開仲有少量煙冒出,雞翼炸得皮脆肉嫩,不過香茅味不太明顯,反而要點旁邊另上的森巴醬提味,否則就似普通的炸雞翼了。我叫左和牛漢堡, 包身都應該有五寸咁大,仲可以揀熟成度,我揀左五成,切開果然是半熟,粉紅

我叫左和牛漢堡, 包身都應該有五寸咁大,仲可以揀熟成度,我揀左五成,切開果然是半熟,粉紅色牛肉扒肉質嫩滑,肉汁豐富,再加埋黑松露醬,呢餐真係令我呢個澱粉質女孩好滿足!

見到隔離枱個甜品要點火,我又想試下,同朋友商量左,我地都要一個火焰Cream Burlee,
特別之處係會喺燉蛋上面加多左層香蕉片,再倒酒點火,好有氣氛!
點過火後的CreamBurlee 入口比較濕潤,同埋有明顯的酒味,間中都嚐到苦苦澀澀的....

班㦸皮同水果中間,放左不少的棉花糖,焗溶左嘅棉花糖可以拉到絲,既又可增加自然的甜度,又可以貼住鮮果,效果同食味都幾驚喜!
