To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次幫襯,今日三十度,飲兩杯凍飲解渴先,巨峰紅茶同綠茶,巨峰味唔多夠。跟住食我必食嘅甜不辣,還好,口感幾好唔油膩,唔使加調味都夠味。炸杏鮑菇,剛上檯時比較鬆脆,建議快啲食花枝丸拌麵,個麵唔係好吸汁,撈極都汁麵分離,不過味道同花枝丸都算ok。炸梅粉番薯條,呢個好食,脆同埋番薯夠香其實吸引入去食都係個酸菜魚,張相好吸引,不過就唔酸、唔咸、唔夠味,得個辣字,食咗兩啖放棄,不建議(對不起浪費了)整體嚟講,叫做不過不失。
