To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在附近參觀了永生傳說的展覽,經過這家小店,座位只得十來個,店面裝修簡潔,我倆看了看門外的餐牌就鑽了入內。侍應好親切的幫我們安排坐位,地方小卻沒有壓迫感,點了牛肉河粉、蝦餅撈檬、蒸粉包、越南春捲,還飲了咸檸梳打,咸檸梳打可以走甜,還用了保溫紙杯,飲到最後都是夠凍的。等了不久,先來了牛肉河粉,湯底好香少少偏甜,跟以前吃過的味道相似牛肉口感不錯👍再一起端來的是蝦餅撈檬,蒸粉包同炸春捲。蝦餅不乾柴,如彈牙一點就更好,各類配料同檬粉份量好足,以致我失預算,吃剩了蒸粉包一向是我心頭好,今次來的是叮粉包,粉皮薄同勁熱之餘,抖一陣食就有豐富餡料的香味,加了汁再試又是另一風味炸春捲幸好是新鮮炸的,皮脆餡香加上脆嫩菜,各種口感食味都在口中混轉,增加了越南味道的回憶。集團式的味道為了迎合市場都出盡五花八門的調教改變,如論味道我都是比較喜歡小店的獨特風格與簡單味道,希望下次再來品嚐其他菜式如牛油雞翼之類
