To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

簡單方便的午餐選擇，「譚仔雲南米線」絕對是很多人的首選之一。我和朋友中午選擇了譚仔作為午餐地點，各自點了一碗米線。味道一如既往地中規中矩，符合我們對譚仔的期待。然而，這次的用餐體驗卻因為等候時間過長而大打折扣。🙃我們入座後，從點餐到上菜竟然等了近40分鐘。起初我們還以為是服務員漏單，但詢問後才得知，廚房的重心似乎放在外賣訂單上，導致堂食的顧客被忽略 😢雖然譚仔的米線味道穩定、但服務效率的問題卻令人失望。建議在外賣訂單和堂食之間找到平衡，因為午飯時間很多上班一族都很趕時間 🙈🥹
