今日去咗堅尼地城嘅Pici,呢間意式餐廳先講,裝潢很chic,很有feel,一坐低感覺已經好期待食嘅!先點咗個starter,是日湯同炸物拼盤,湯新鮮又暖笠笠,炸得golden brown嘅魷魚畫舫,外脆內軟,順滑得嚟又唔膩,真係開胃!🍲意粉方面,我揀咗個Pappardelle "Norma"嘅,茄子同蕃茄醬非常夾,茄子香滑嘅口感同番茄醬酸甜嘅味道融合得剛剛好,每一啖都有驚喜,加嗮埋啲磨碎的山羊芝士,味道層次更加深。💥🍝意粉我好欣賞佢哋個Tagliolini Truffle,嫩滑嘅tagliolini配上濃郁嘅黑松露香,簡直係天作之合,幾滑口,啖啖松露味,十分滿足嘅一道主食。至於甜品,呢個快樂終結者係Tiramisu,叫咗一份來試,啱哂鐘意咖啡同甜品嘅我。上面嗰層cocoa powder就已經引人入勝,舀一啖,賣相固然吸引,味道更加不遜色,咖啡香濃,cream滑溜,真係一絕!內含酒精,層次豐富,每一啖都令人大呼過癮。🍰服務員都幾親切,會黎問你食物點解樣,呢度嘅親民氣息同溫馨感覺,令人好想再黎!等緊下一次嘅造訪,下次我會帶埋多啲朋友來分享這份美味。
