To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚原本係食日本野, 但人龍真係太長, 於是即是轉陣到呢一間出名片皮鴨既中菜, 其實一直都想試下佢, 不過一路都未有機會, 今晚真係剛剛好; 夜晚八點入到去, 全場約9成滿, 應該剛剛做完第一輪加上平日, 兩個人唔駛等直接有枱; 兩個人4樣野, 其中兩樣片皮鴨有關, 當然係半隻鴨同二度啦, 打開菜牌二度選擇好多, 煎炒煮炸加五味都齊, 多到我改左兩次😅,本來想試酸菜架子湯, 但後來想有米落肚就改左湯飯, 上湯飯時會有個火熱住個窩, 食時熱辣辣, 成個人暖左, 同埋呢個做法好細心, 熱住就唔怕鴨肉凍左有股鴨油酥味留係d湯到👍🏻
