To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三個人點了幾款餸。其實整體味道都不錯㗎, 但最可惜的就是砂鍋雲吞雞不夠熱! 大打折扣。 蔥爆牛肉的味道也一般 ,不香口, 和想像中的有很大出入。京葱填鴨都幾好食。 切出來的肉比例幾多,所以會好飽。也許有些人較喜歡皮多肉少,我就冇所謂,覺得皮少冇咁滯漏。另外一個驚喜係, 填鴨的其中一樣配料, 有山楂條。酸酸甜甜,配填鴨好夾噃。

京葱填鴨都幾好食。 切出來的肉比例幾多,所以會好飽。也許有些人較喜歡皮多肉少,我就冇所謂,覺得皮少冇咁滯漏。

另外一個驚喜係, 填鴨的其中一樣配料, 有山楂條。酸酸甜甜,配填鴨好夾噃。
