朋友生日,往年西餐中菜打邊爐日式放題...都食過哂,今年想搞搞新意思,食啲特別啲嘅嘢。睇完一輪,搵到呢間喺諾士佛臺嘅墨西哥菜,香港比較少有墨西哥菜餐廳,而且睇落又好似幾正咁,就即刻喺openrice book枱。餐廳環境唔錯,臨近十月尾仲佈置好哂Halloween嘅裝飾🎃幾有氣氛。餐廳燈光較暗,睇menu嗰陣辛苦啲。當晚係weekday嚟,人唔多,但係講嘢都好應聲,人多應該會好嘈。經openrice book枱免費送嘅餐前小食,莎莎醬以蕃茄粒為主,酸酸辣辣配上香口脆片好為胃。我哋叫咗medium-well,牛扒烤得啱啱好,唔會太熟,牛扒上面加咗香草,海鹽另附上一個秘制醫汁。牛扒入口香濃鬆軟,肉汁豐富。配菜我地揀咗sautéed wild mushrooms,都好好味😋粟米掃上蜂蜜煙燻辣椒醬去烤,再加上墨西哥嘅特色Oaxaca芝士碎同香草,個汁整得好好味,酸酸甜甜得嚟少少辣,再配上芝士嘅咸香,好正,略嫌不嘅嘅係用咗雪藏粟米,用新鮮粟米一定好食好多。墨西哥菜中必點嘅Nachos,可以揀配牛肉或雞肉,我地揀咗雞。喺三角型嘅墨西哥脆片上面,淋上大量融咗嘅芝士,配以香草蕃茄粒雞粒,再加上酸忌廉同
