To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

墨西哥卷特別，但須要改進

去德福好多次都無試過呢間，今次經過留意下個餐牌見啲食物相都幾吸引，所以入去試下。我點了我的下午茶之選~公司三文治，幾好味，仲有薯片伴碟。老公點了雞肉墨西哥卷，我地都俾佢幅相綠色皮吸引而點，因在快餐店好少呢類食品。墨西哥卷足料，味道可以，但塊皮有點厚身和乾，可以改良一下就好啦。飲品我點了凍烏龍茶，因為無糖，味道有點苦，但因在外面的餐廳好少呢種飲品，所以一試無妨。
