To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

墨魚丸魚蛋河粉

行過長發街，經過呢間成日都人頭湧湧好多人幫襯，我又好想幫襯 , 但又從未幫襯過嘅德記粉麵茶餐廳 , 今次見到裏面冇乜人，於是就行入去食碗粉，醫下肚都好。墨魚丸、魚蛋 河粉，墨魚丸 , 質感很厚實 , 吃落有墨魚肉，有咬口感 , 都幾好食。魚蛋 , 質感爽滑彈牙 , 重魚味又有胡椒味 , 真材實料，好味。河粉 , 粉條啲質感比較粗糙 , 唔係好似我平時一般食開嘅河粉嘅質地，但係食落都幾爽口 , 有啲特別。湯底有啲 msg味，又帶有胡椒味，味道係 ok 嘅，不過我就唔會飲。
