已很久沒有到ToTT’s 食飯,全因想不起有任何signature dishes. 上星期去食晏,諗住博一鋪,竟然佢地轉哂D賣相,重有新菜色。First Course –(1) 自製煙三文魚 - 很Juicy且一陣香味,最cute 係旁邊兩個macarons,上面有D酸酸地橙味mousse,都幾醒胃(2) Tuna duet - 好似幅畫咁, tartar 混合了三文魚子,點埋旁邊嘅凍蕃茄湯,味道醒神Main Course - (1)香煎海鱸魚 - 魚上面鋪左一層好似餅干的皮,魚沒有over-cooked,都仲幾juicy(2)扒牛仔柳 – 廚師個汁應該落咗好多唔同嘅香料,個人就較喜歡味道淡D嘅食物,所以只覺一般Dessert - espresso panna cotta配自製basil 雪糕 – 呢個甜品就令我對ToTT’s刮目相看。冇諗過佢地竟然有D咁有創意嘅甜品。個兩條hazelnut sauce 非常有hazelnut 味,另外panna cotta 有牛奶味,而espresso 味我覺得可以再多D。重點係個basil雪糕真係值得一讚,好香basil 味,不太甜,覺得

Dessert - espresso panna cotta配自製basil 雪糕 – 呢個甜品就令我對ToTT’s刮目相看。冇諗過佢地竟然有D咁有創意嘅甜品。個兩條hazelnut sauce 非常有hazelnut 味,另外panna cotta 有牛奶味,而espresso 味我覺得可以再多D。重點係個basil雪糕真係值得一讚,好香basil 味,不太甜,覺得好refreshing! 最後果幾粒西瓜好得意,燒過兼且有D木燻味。
