喜來稀肉已經黎過幾次,但都兩行食個二人餐就飽,今次四人行可以叫多點野來食,滿足貪食的我啦。門口等位有熱茶提供好貼心,燒完肉又有糖消除口氣,今日特登早黎,半滿所以直接入座,8點後都多人等位。一坐底已經準備好泡菜前菜,還有芝士蛋及泡菜蛋,包燒肉的生菜及水等等。除了有泡菜,更有醃洋蔥及醃菜絲,呢度泡菜都頗辣,洋蔥甜甜辣辣醃牛肉最正。蛋同泡菜都可以添加,個人喜歡芝士蛋,芝味濃郁又夾蛋,泡菜蛋辣辣地幾惹味。叫左兩個套餐包飲品,但呢四款要加多$5/杯,我地揀齊不同口味,所以四色齊出好靚。分別有柚子、櫻桃、藍色檸檬、西柚汽水。四款都爽喉清涼,最岩食完燒肉飲。蛋拌生牛肉 $160有生蛋黃、生牛肉及梨絲,刺破蛋黃,將蛋及牛肉拌勻,夾著梨絲用食。牛生肉拌入蛋黃,變得更香更滑,肉質柔軟嫩腍,夾著梨絲爽口,兩者都好夾好配合,唔似食牛肉咁,味道偏甜。壹頭豬 $388,有護心肉/五花肉/豬頸肉/韓式烤豬大腸/韓式烤豬皮,包二杯飲品的二人餐。有五款豬食材可以燒,食完都幾飽肚。豬五花肉厚身多肉,燒既時候較耐,我地先燒牛食,之後再燒豬。豬頸肉,極爽口又大塊,配咸咸地既麵豉醬最夾。豬護心肉柔軟中帶點咬勁,厚身都保持多肉汁
