立食壽司嘅文化喺香港開始冒起,對於生活節奏急促嘅香港人,都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。企喺吧枱面前,一邊睇住壽司師傅握壽司,一邊即時品嚐,又係另一番風味。壽司選項都幾多,除左手握壽司之外,仲有軍艦,手卷,刺身丼,同埋刺身添!揀左幾款基本壽司,再揀幾款特色壽司,同埋手卷。師傅一收到單就即刻握壽司喇。師傅每件壽司都會掃上少少醬油,我完全唔洗再點任何醬油,可以即刻放入口,真係好方便。三文魚壽司嘅三文魚油脂分佈相當均勻,甜蝦亦好肥美,玉子好厚又好有蛋香。我個人特別喜歡炙右口魚邊壽司同炙帆立貝壽司,炙右口魚邊好軟滑,又有油香,而炙帆立貝外香內鮮,實在係令人回味無窮。蟹棒蟹糕軍艦真係好邪惡呀,蟹棒好甜美,蟹糕又好香。另一特色壽司係燒帶子配黑醋鵝肝壽司,原來燒帶子同鵝肝嘅味道都幾配,鵝肝唔會太濃味,依然有帶子嘅鮮甜,食依兩款壽司真係要將膽固醇括出去喇。帆立貝手卷嘅帆立貝都好足料架,由頭食到落尾都有帆立貝,唔會食到尾得返醋米飯,不錯呀。

蟹棒蟹糕軍艦真係好邪惡呀,蟹棒好甜美,蟹糕又好香。另一特色壽司係燒帶子配黑醋鵝肝壽司,原來燒帶子同鵝肝嘅味道都幾配,鵝肝唔會太濃味,依然有帶子嘅鮮甜,食依兩款壽司真係要將膽固醇括出去喇。
