To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天男友家人生日,在這裡訂了一間房吃晚飯,環境非常舒服,招呼亦相當之好👍👍👍食物方面也很有驚喜,我們點的套餐名為金月萬壽宴$5380,另加了一隻燒鵝。套餐菜譜有:即燒原隻奶豬 - 第一次聽到奶豬這名稱,最初以為等同乳豬,原來不一樣,奶豬是比乳豬更細小的,外皮燒得脆卜卜,肉質鮮嫩帶少少肥原隻鮮鮑伴玉掌 - 鮑魚鮮美,鵝掌軟腍入味😋高湯美國龍蝦伴伊麵 - 龍蝦非常爽口彈牙,味道一流琥珀鮮菌玉帶伴海螺片 - 合桃(琥珀)用蜂蜜烤焗再加上芝麻,非常香脆,伴碟的花朵也很美宮庭雞煲翅 - 大鄕里的我看到黃色湯的翅很奇怪,原來用了雞湯做的,味道好得真的令人讚嘆,翅亦大大塊,很有驚喜另有清蒸海星斑丶花膠竹笙泡翡翠丶古法鹽焗雞丶鮑汁福建炒飯丶高湯鮮蝦水餃丶歐陸美點為紅棗糕 - 煙韌又軟糯鮮果拼盤有西瓜🍉及哈蜜瓜 - 很鮮甜整體來說價錢是偏貴,但一年一次,又有這食物質素及服務,也令人滿意。
