最近白布街有間新插旗,主打備長炭串燒料理嘅專門店,估唔到新開張已經都幾full,好彩朋友有訂到枱,建議到訪嘅話都可以先訂枱~呢到主打其實係燒鳥,所以雞串燒嘅款式特別多,除咗平時都常見嘅雞尾、雞頸肉、手羽先、雞腎外,呢到仲有唔少心思之作,例如係雞腸紫蘇蝦卷,最正係呢到有每日限量嘅提燈,自己覺得食落去有啲似百頁豆腐嘅texture都幾得意~平時都一定會叫嘅自家製雞肉棒,加埋月見汁係邪惡到極緻🫡同朋友都要咗一份蕾.釜飯share,釜飯一上枱賣相超靚,面頭除咗滿滿嘅雞肉同菇菌,中間粒夢皇蛋黃勁精神(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 撈勻之後蛋汁包住飽滿嘅飯粒係勁幸福🩵除咗燒鳥,自己覺得一定要試嘅就係白鱔,真心勁厚肉,個魚皮燒到微微焦脆,魚肉食落去好爽脆!牛舌亂切都唔錯,入面仲係微微粉嫩,而且幾有嚼勁🤤墨魚汁香腸都幾得意,食落去幾香,仲有啲特色串燒,自己都係第一次試豚肉生菜卷同豚肉炒麵卷,豚肉生菜卷外面以照燒汁調味,入面生菜都幾juicy~蔬菜串燒仲要咗小青椒同翠玉瓜,翠玉瓜以胡椒調味,食落去係爆晒汁咁🥰最正嘅係呢到仲係Sake bar,有好多唔同款式嘅清酒,今次試咗款仙禽酒造嘅無垢無濾過原酒,飲落去甜中帶後勁少少

最正嘅係呢到仲係Sake bar,有好多唔同款式嘅清酒,今次試咗款仙禽酒造嘅無垢無濾過原酒,飲落去甜中帶後勁少少酸,礦物味比較重~如果太多清酒眼花撩亂唔識揀,都可以問店員畀啲意見,佢哋都可以就住個人口味推介😛

同埋呢到有好多啱佐酒嘅小食,例如醬油漬鮑魚、酒盜芝士、炸廣島蠔等,鮑魚都幾軟腍,炸廣島蠔都幾飽滿,炸得好酥脆,同朋友過嚟小酌幾杯食下snacks都得🤣
