To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假期book 枱食法國嘢,十二點半到了,只有一枱人,點了兩個午餐,一個是豬鞍,另外一個是大蝦辣扁意粉。前菜有驚喜,個溫泉蛋親吞拿魚他他配日式汁,味道好好,溝勻蛋汁,好開胃,好新鮮嘅感覺。主菜很普通,不多說,個扁意粉,冇乜味道,有些失望。甜品有水準,紅酒燴啤梨,很清甜,好滋潤,法國嘢食係好細緻,細節做得好好。食了一小時,走嘅時候,差唔水多滿座。
