雞煲近年大熱盛行, 有不同傳統及配料的, 也有多國款式, 我唔算成日食雞煲, 但今次大熱天時, 幾位朋友相約吃雞煲及打邊爐, 香港人真係一年365日都好鍾意打邊爐, 因為可以一齊聚又可以吃不同款式嘛~~~今晚找來尖沙咀的一間雞煲店, 又來試試味道如何??在山林道食肆眾多的位置, 環境招牌也明亮, 看看款式也OK, 還有是日的廚師推介, 而且湯底都有蠻多款供選擇, 也有得意的圖畫作雞煲介紹及正確食法…….雞煲鴛鴦鍋 (雞脾拼雞胸 $88)~~~~一上枱都幾香, 個香味又湧進鼻, 而且雖然叫了小辣, 但好像味道也蠻濃的, 等陣就食得啦!!! 叫了雞脾同雞胸肉, 幾滑唔會韌, 就算之後打邊爐時再食都算滑不會太老~~~看看有什麼配料, 不少得的花椒八角、蒜頭、辣椒、洋蔥、芹菜, 竟然還有豬皮, 好特別得意, 我都鍾意食的, 加上完全吸味, 雖然少辣, 但辣味都幾重, 還好我吃得辣所以尚算OK, 但朋友們就稍覺得愈吃愈辣…….足料龍蝦湯及養生藥膳湯 ($28 & $28)~~~雞煲食到咁上下就轉打邊爐了, 今次揀了兩款湯料, 不過說真的因為加上了雞煲的配料, 其實MIX埋真的唔算太FEEL到個湯

吃過這間後我覺得我個人雖然喜歡吃辣, 但並不太喜歡辣味的雞煲, 因為吃完再打邊爐其他任何湯底都唔太FEEL到, 那之後最好加清湯, 因為打邊爐也是愈打愈濃; 不過這間的材料蠻新鮮, 有些款式也蠻有諗頭, 算幾好的一個嚐試…….
