To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排真係熱到人都癲！收咗工最好就係去間舒服嘅餐廳嘆住冷氣食好嘢，人生其實好簡單唔好咁多是非多啲好嘢食就好開心㗎喇。今次同老婆大人去到皇家太平洋酒店嘅Pierside，試餐廳七月啱啱出爐嘅夏天新菜單。大鄉里嘅我第一次嚟呢間餐廳，室內環境夠大座位好舒服，加埋有落地玻璃望到夜晚寧靜嘅海景真係幾盞。我哋今次嚟食嘅就係呢個Summer Delight Dinner Menu，一坐低侍應就送嚟麵包有黑蚊蚊嘅竹炭包同埋果仁包，兩款都暖笠笠好軟熟加埋牛油食就係正。呢個新套餐有四道菜頭盤係荷蘭番茄流心水牛芝士沙律，蘆筍同埋荷蘭番茄好新鮮加埋又香又滑嘅流心水牛芝士，呢個沙律味道清新得嚟口感好好。老婆大人飲牛油果青瓜凍湯怕凍嘅我梗係揀熱湯啦！我呢個係青豆忌廉湯又香又滑而且一啲豆青味都冇味道好香甜，加埋脆卜卜嘅麵包粒同埋煙肉勁好飲。老婆大人嘅主菜係香烤豬排骨扒菠蘿，大份到要俾咗其中一件嘅豬肋骨我，又益我食多份多謝晒喇。愛牛如命嘅我梗係加$60嘆件香烤西冷牛扒，牛扒配菜仲有巴馬臣芝士火箭菜，我呢件西冷嘅熟度做得啱啱好，切開入面肉質仲係嫩嫩嘅粉紅色，點啲阿根廷青醬食別有一番風味。甜品係睇見都清涼嘅雪糕新地，用咗啲
