To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

意外發現呢度有一間Alfalfa ,門口見到佢兩個餐牌寫到好似好好睇，圖文並茂吸引到我，於是就行咗入去。好幸運地可以坐喺一個靠窗位。我選擇嘅係L4焗卡邦尼煙肉有機蘑菇亞麻籽飯。餐前可以選擇係沙律定係湯，咁我就選擇左羅宋湯，麵包就係餐廳送嘅。麵包焗到有少少脆硬，要用刀切開在塞牛油落去麵包。切落去嗰陣時成張枱都係麵包碎。羅宋湯入面係冇牛肉，冇辣味。入面嘅菜都幾豐富啖啖湯都一定有菜。因為係焗飯所以時間等得就比較耐嘅。芝士焗到非常溶爛舖喺煙肉嗰度。煙肉嘅肉碎係切得比較大粒。如果細粒少少嘅話會口感更加好。成個飯非常之油膩，食唔夠一半已經飽。飲品嗰方面我就飲咗一杯熱奶茶，唔知道點解飲品好似都係比其他人嚟得慢。希望下次有機會再食過啦。真係比較抵食，抵食到我可以食兩餐。但係要留意一樣嘢味道同個價錢唔係成正比。基本上所有嘢都係普普通通。好似去咗茶記食西餐咁。
