To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣揸車要搵地方泊車食飯，所以揀左time square，本來諗住食壽司，突然好想食龍蝦就過左黎greenhouse. 夏天出面熱辣辣，香芒龍蝦沙律簡直係消暑低卡之選😍 龍蝦啖啖肉好爽，唔駛剝殼，佢已經剝好哂，連鉗位都只要輕輕一拉就所有肉都拆哂出黎食，好正。今次芒果就酸左少少，不過整體都ok，唔想食澱粉質就岩哂。朋友叫左個龍蝦牛扒，一樣咁好食，個龍蝦燒過仲香啲，不過燒完就有少少縮細咗，但個牛扒都唔差喎，又juicy又唔會over cook，唔乾唔鞋又有肉汁，燒得都幾香，係真係幾好食。不過埋單個下有啲驚訝啲員工竟然唔識個Gaia membership system ，同我講無折只可以儲分，跟住我要指俾佢睇我個membership app入面有寫埋幾多折佢先問其他同事。其他整體都無咩問題，環境都唔差，好闊落，可能過左繁忙時間，無之前啲人講到啲態度咁惡劣丫。
