夏天都係打邊爐嘅好日子,去到呢間餐廳,火鍋套餐選擇多,一定啱晒香港人口味。首先有叫左呢個冬瓜卜卜蜆鍋,蜆肉數量十分之多,而且每隻蜆肉都夠飽滿,加上冬瓜係火鍋材料之中,湯底夠晒鮮味。接著有呢個海鮮拼盤: 有新鮮蠔隻、生蝦、馬刀貝,蠔隻上枱時已經聞到陣陣鮮味,放入湯中,更係啖啖鮮味滿足。而馬刀貝亦係份量十足,飽滿之餘亦彈牙具咬口。手切安格斯肥牛片,脂肪比例分明,入口既有牛肉肉香味道,亦有嫩滑口感,係滾湯中大概30秒即刻食得。而手工火鍋拼盤,食材就更加豐富,有太極冬茹、蟹肉餃、芝士墨魚丸、蝦丸、霜降牛丸等等,保證大家一定夠飽。而各款手打丸極為出色,絕對唔係平時啲打工食品,而係食到豐富嘅肉味,彈牙十足,加上芝士嘅點綴,味道更有層次。而新鮮即炸嘅響鈴、魚皮,亦係打邊爐必點之選,件件份量都唔細,而且香脆無比,浸一浸湯底吸收精華,非常之好味!最後有青蘋果可樂沙冰,冰涼感覺,加上青蘋果清新味道,最啱夏天飲。而紅棗雪耳涼粉,甜味適中,加上涼粉爽滑口感,一人食一客就最滿足。
