To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夏威夷除左pizza 仲有咩菜式? 咪就係夏威夷魚生飯! 今晚同朋友去到Peek A Poke, 當中的魚生飯是自己選料的, 由配菜到主食都是自己話事。我們兩隻餓豬, 沒有選沙律, 但選左日本醋飯同糙米飯。一碗要吞拿魚, 一碗要三文魚, 再追加牛油果, 溫泉蛋同八爪魚, 成功提昇飯的味道。 配料有很多選擇,?我個人認為豆腐, 昆布, 香菇等配料都很新鮮, 配起飯來一同食一絕! 也要推介它的炸蕃薯條, 脆香又甜, 絕不油膩, 必食! 飲品有多款熱帶飲料及以椰子水做mix and match, 當中的紅桑子椰子水和Coconut Bomb都很特別, 喜歡milky d 既朋友要飲Coconut Bomb, 很香!
