To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前係ig已經見到譚仔三哥有新野堆出我本身超愛食薯粉 (每星期起碼有一次）見佢張poster 已經超級想食我叫左外賣 小辣呢個酸辣粉内嘅餸有： 豬耳，雲耳，薄脆，青瓜絲全部都係爽口清涼食物！秘製辣醬汁就直接係薯粉度撈埋一齊大約就係咁總結泥講食物：我覺得每樣野都配合得好好！食落去全部都”sok sok”聲，佢嘅辣汁好正，會食到上癮🤣🤣薯粉方面，lee隻薯粉唔會咬唔斷，食落爽口不過如果多番少少青瓜絲就更好😍*如果食得辣嘅人，我會覺得食小辣以上嘅辣度咁先夠過癮包裝：今次叫外賣，佢將餸同沾左辣汁嘅薯粉分開放夏日炎炎食番碗酸辣撈薯粉真係唔錯喔💛
