To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次經過譚仔門口,個姐姐走出黎話有下午茶套餐,最後揀左「迷你雙餸米線」,埋單$46嗌左個雙餸米線,揀左肺肉同雞肉,腩肉肥瘦適中,肉質鮮嫩,雞肉滑;再加埋麻辣湯底,唔知點解以前食開既辣度,依家好似辣過之前!米線煮得岩岩好。小食揀左湖南土雞翼,正常操作,肉質緊實,非常入味,必食!!第二款小食揀左蒜泥白肉味道幾好,但得四片,相對薄身,對比下雞翼會抵食啲!!最重要嘅係,譚仔竟然有服務🤣🤣🤣有位員工態度超好,驚我唔識落單,主動過黎教我落單。我表示驚訝!

譚仔同三哥開到周圍都係, 今日適逢8號風球,再加上Green Monday,咁就一於叫返碗酸菜米線,啲酸菜多到好似唔使錢咁,仲可以加$10要一個植物乍醬。唔夠嘅仲可以,叫一份蒜燒茄子,蒜油超惹味。Green Monday就係咁簡單。

經過譚仔三哥 見到佢poster出左新野 -三酸撈薯粉- 所以諗住外賣翻去試吓 😆淨麵底就係$33 咁我就加左兩個餸 墨魚丸($5)同豬肉($6) total $45 一打開份量唔多 薯粉都好煙韌有咬感 但個撈汁我略嫌太多油 感覺好肥膩 味道係正常既 酸酸辣辣 開胃的 不過俾我揀我都係鍾意麻辣湯底 因為咁食唔夠熱

最近譚仔三哥又賣廣告,見個封面廣告好似幾吸引就想試吓,新嘅湯底叫煳椒肉骨湯。整體味道偏清淡,冇真嘅肉骨湯嘅味道咁濃,試完覺得有啲少少伏。(煳椒肉骨茶豬膶米線配老油條👆🏻)
