青蘋透心本是水嫰淺綠色，可惜在回家途中弄壞了。。。蛋糕層次鮮明，3層為乳酪慕絲、青蘋果餡和海綿蛋糕夾層。青蘋果餡中的青蘋果粒粒，新鮮爽口，酸酸有致，配合蓬鬆的海綿蛋糕，口感及酸甜度掌握不錯。
