青蘋透心本是水嫰淺綠色,可惜在回家途中弄壞了。。。蛋糕層次鮮明,3層為乳酪慕絲、青蘋果餡和海綿蛋糕夾層。青蘋果餡中的青蘋果粒粒,新鮮爽口,酸酸有致,配合蓬鬆的海綿蛋糕,口感及酸甜度掌握不錯。
