周不時都會同屋企人去莆田飲下茶食下小菜,比最中意佢地既菊花茶,清新順喉,食物比港式飲茶健康又無咁油膩。天氣開始熱,呢度既餐前小食轉左做檸檬醃薑片,甜中帶酸,好開胃。記得早輪黎食主打海蠣,季節轉換,今期亦出左新菜單,係我最愛既蟶子呀~~~先黎個頭盤,苦瓜切成薄片,冰冰涼涼,岩哂夏天清熱下火。始終味道偏甘苦,隨苦瓜亦附上桂花蜜,兩者配住食好易入口,清甜同時食到桂花既清香扁肉湯味道偏濃,精萃在於粒肉餃,連餃皮都係用豬肉打成,薄而煙韌,食落帶濃厚既肉味必點既荔枝肉,加左荔枝炒成,酸甜得黎帶有荔枝獨有既爽甜同果香。生粉裹得好薄,最怕咕嚕肉又實又韌,呢度既肉質好鬆軟,淋軟易咬每次黎都一定會點呢道炒米粉,雖然係炒但絲毫不油,米粉幼細口感鬆化,而且落足料加左鮮蝦、蜆、豬肉、豆卜、椰菜同白菜,口感好豐富,飽足感滿滿主角壓軸登場~~~睇相就知落足蒜蓉,好香口,蟶子新鮮肥美,咕洗落多餘調味,剩係食佢原汁原味已經夠鮮味炒蛋既蟶子更大隻厚肉,啖啖都食到嫩滑既蟶子,加左蘿蔔絲同菇片炒,食起黎更有口感呢次既蟶子新菜式有成八款咁多,遲下一定要黎試埋其餘果六款
