夏日炎炎暑假檔期,去唔到泰國玩,都要去西貢行下食返下泰國菜先每次入西貢就算唔坐低食,都會買走嘅串燒, 當然係必點之選, 今次叫咗雞串同最鍾意食嘅 豬肉腸, 除咗配沙嗲醬我更鍾意配刺身嘅醬冬陰功湯足料冬蔭功湯都唔例外(南薑,酸子,香茅,檸檬…) 仲有大蝦,草菇🥰,未飲已經聞到香茅的香味,湯面帶點紅油,入口香氣四溢又有辣勁。肉碎生菜包揀咗豬肉, 今次有一點點失望,生菜包,水準下降🙃泰式豬頸肉炒飯, 豬頸肉入口油香豐富,好有嚼勁! 炒飯好有鑊氣,整體唔會好油。炒泰式海鮮粉絲, 正常發揮鹽燒烏頭魚,濃濃的香草味,魚肉在魚皮保護下保留了肉汁,肉嫰多汁又鮮甜泰式炒芥蘭,芥蘭完全沒有苦澀味,炒得十分惹味

泰式豬頸肉炒飯, 豬頸肉入口油香豐富,好有嚼勁! 炒飯好有鑊氣,整體唔會好油。

炒泰式海鮮粉絲, 正常發揮

鹽燒烏頭魚,濃濃的香草味,魚肉在魚皮保護下保留了肉汁,肉嫰多汁又鮮甜

泰式炒芥蘭,芥蘭完全沒有苦澀味,炒得十分惹味
