To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約了朋友去普慶餐廳吃週末下午茶自助餐,今期的自助餐主題是「夏日Fiesta!」以熱帶風味為主題。餐廳位於地庫,進入餐廳時覺得有些暗,檯椅的擺放較密,不過樓底很高,所以又沒有太大的壓迫感。餐廳充滿懷舊的格調,置身其中,像回到七、八十年代。我喜歡熱帶風味的食品,這裡有菠蘿炒飯、蝦肉、雞肉蔬菜串燒、炸蝦片、烤菠蘿、烤綢魚、炸軟殼蟹、冬陰功湯等熱盤合我胃口。炸軟殼蟹做得乾身不油膩。烤綢魚非常嫩滑,而且喜歡配搭了蒜粒及青檸汁調味,令到味道酸甜開胃,夏天吃很清新。另外還有醬燒豬肋骨,外層裹上濃郁的燒烤醬,非常惹味!海鮮區供應冰鎮海鮮,下午茶只有海蝦及青口,海蝦都爽口,不過細細隻。沙律區有泰式青芒果沙律、藜麥水果沙律、車輪意粉沙律、什菜沙律等,每款都清新可口。面包也有幾種,迷你蝦肉小漢堡、迷你法包、古巴豬肉三文治,各有特式,味道也可以。日式區有三款冷麵、四款壽司、三款天婦羅炸物。我吃了天婦羅炸蝦,炸得外脆內軟,很好吃。中式點心有蝦餃燒賣、蒸曼頭。點心味道就一般。甜品區有很多款特色甜點,火龍果撻,紅紅的火龍果鋪設成一朵鮮花、外觀飄漂亮。山竹果凍、石榴慕斯蛋糕、紅桑子希臘乳酪撻等,這些糕點具有夏日色彩看

甜品區有很多款特色甜點,火龍果撻,紅紅的火龍果鋪設成一朵鮮花、外觀飄漂亮。山竹果凍、石榴慕斯蛋糕、紅桑子希臘乳酪撻等,這些糕點具有夏日色彩看見己想吃。

今日有一款紅莓鐵板炒雪糕,吃時冰永火火,雙重享受,再伴以新鮮雜莓,口感極富層次感。Mövenpick雪糕有多款口味,對於我那幾位愛吃雪糕的朋友來說真是可以吃過夠。

飲品方面除了常見的咖啡、檸茶、檸水、紅茶、橙汁、萍果汁外。今次有兩款特飲可無限限添飲。我喜歡芒果椰子沙冰,色澤鮮黃,口感綿密,味道濃厚,每次都是即叫即打沙冰,保持冷凍。另一款藍色海洋,用梳打水混合了藍色的飲料調配出來,帶有微酸,剌激味蕾。兩款同樣是消暑佳品。

下午茶只有兩小時用餐時間,這裡食品不是太多款式,但作為下午茶卻足夠。
