To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鴨脷洲嘅選擇真係唔多，但係其實當中有幾間餐廳嘅質素同巿區銅鑼灣呀果啲餐廳可以媲美。呢排真係熱到無曬胃口，除左泰國菜，越南菜都係一個開胃嘅選擇～今晚諗來諗去就食個香茅豬扒飯啦～平時食開佢嘅越南河，原來飯係唔同，喜歡佢個飯會配一隻煎太陽蛋☺️送飯一流。同埋感覺上有營養均衡啲。香茅豬扒煎得香口，外面香脆肉質juicy ，滿滿香茅嘅味道。又唔會太濃太過熱氣。豬扒痴住係小小骨，唔會大大條骨所以比較多肉，再點點跟餐嘅魚露酸辣汁，即時超開胃。
