暑假快完了,趁着暑假末將朋友tea 一 tea,我們選擇了厚福街的Espuma。兩個人,下午茶時段不想吃太多,但又想吃多點款式,所以最好的選擇當然是 e-house tea-set。先來兩個鬆餅,鬆餅的顏色跟平日吃的有點不同,原來是加入了薰衣草。薰衣草味道不太突出,只是隱隱地滲出淡淡的香味,配合鮮忌廉及果醬,又甜又香又淪,更加好吃。主角出場了,除了薰衣草鬆餅外,這個 e-house tea-set 還有分成三層、各式各樣的鹹點和甜點,一齊聚集在這間透明屋內,看見也想馬上送入口。這件類似墨西哥小食的烤蝦薄脆,加入牛油果莎莎醬,又香又脆,十分惹味。迷你法包內加入蜆肉,蜆肉鮮甜。將三文魚及青瓜等配料包在米紙卷中,既有三文魚的鮮味,又有青瓜的清香,互相映照。粟米香甜、青口鮮味濃郁,加入白汁來焗,將香味提升不少。一向愛吃拿破崙餅,這件迷你拿破崙雖然不覺有松露味,但整體味道不俗,再配上新鮮水果用五花茶來做甜味,創意十足,味道清甜,有炎炎夏日有解暑的效果。我最喜歡的是這個西柚啫喱,賣相好、西柚味濃、亦是解暑的恩物。這杯薄荷朱古力咖啡外型十分吸引,薄荷味及朱古力味十足,但咖啡味不夠,整體而言偏甜了一點
