To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳一入門口仲以為佢係食傳統中菜，但坐低原來係食西餐! 呢間餐廳環境氣氛都非常好，我哋一行四位朋友一齊坐低慢慢傾計食飯不知不覺都傾左三個鐘先走。而且老闆都非常好人唔會趕我哋。 唔好睇有咁中式嘅裝修，煮起西餐想來都非常好味正宗。小食我哋叫咗個雞卷，記得細個成日喺pacific coffee都會食呢個雞卷，當然呢度就係一定好味啲啦。個酥皮鬆軟得來又唔會太油膩，入邊肉卷都做得好好，唔係好係咁俾條腸仔你就算，而係真係大大舊肉，加埋佢自己本身嘅醬料，喺出邊真係食唔到。另外牛扒方面我哋叫咗五成熟，煮得啱啱好唔會太in 亦都唔會太林絕對高質！總括而言食物質素非常之高！而且環境舒適，朋友聚會一流之選。

唔好睇有咁中式嘅裝修，煮起西餐想來都非常好味正宗。
