To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 落單叫左九個點心,說好的20-25分鐘有取,半個鐘都未有,原來差個蝦餃。去到50分鐘,開始覺得唔對路,就算等到個蝦餃,其他整好嘅都應該已經凍咗。想搵人交涉,門口的恤衫男人話佢只是負責帶位,找晦氣要搵入面啲阿姐。入到去,阿姐A話唔係佢負責的呢張單,問我想佢點;阿姐B話佢都冇辦法,催佢都冇用,求其攞咗其他人個蝦餃打發我走。我話,其他的點心已經凍晒,佢都係話冇辦法。我十分鐘內已經返到屋企,當然係全部嘢都係凍嘅,浪費時間同金錢換來一肚氣。
