To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想食壽司，但又怕外賣唔好，今次去咗Mr. Maki, 佢除咗有創作壽司，仲有poke bowl。外賣滿$200仲有八五折添！創作壽司就點佐先生巨無霸$89，8大件，裏面有鰻魚，炸蝦蟹柳，芝士。再加$19要個A餐，有日式沙律同埋四大件炸雞，同日式汽水。另外再點佐個三文魚兩味Poke bowl大大碗好豐富，除咗兩種味道三文魚之外，仲有粟米，牛油果，枝豆同椰菜！（$78）屋企有個想食麵，就跟佐個D餐，加$28有叉燒濃湯拉麵同日本汽水，個拉麵好有彈性，少半個鐘返到屋企都冇淋到。因為超過$200仲有八五折，$182咁樣就夠三個人食。
