To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同樣由於疫情關係, 已有一段時間沒有回老婆外家探望外母。 為了不要令外母逐漸把自己遺忘( 笑), 今日決定到附近商場買外賣到外母家一同享用。 外母建議一間在慈雲山中心叫湯加的食肆, 說之前吃過不錯的。 叫了兩份豬軟骨魚蛋米線配薯條多春魚 和雪菜肉絲豬扒米線。豬軟骨魚蛋米線配薯條多春魚不太常有的套餐組合。 值得一讚是外賣把米線和湯 分開盛載, 所以米線依然保持彈牙, 湯底也夠味, 不似加了味精, 因為吃後也不覺口乾。 豬軟骨相當入味軟淋, 魚蛋夠彈牙爽口。 多春魚賣相不算吸引但味道尚可, 薯條夠脆口。 雪菜肉絲豬扒米線湯底帶點辣度, 略嫌雪菜肉絲味道太淡, 但豬扒相當入味, 應該在醃的步驟下了相當功夫。值得推薦這間性價比非常不錯的餐廳。
