To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個店服務好差!我住附近!因為佢容易有位,所以都食左不少次。     一,店員經常無視食客,經常只見到一個店員站在收銀臺低頭,叫又無反應,招手當然見你唔倒,整日要走到佢面前先理你。有時全場無店員,走曬入只有員工俾入果度唔知做咩!      二,自動冷熱水出水器壞左半年有多,完全無人整過,佢地另外用野裝D熱水俾你洗杯,但經常無水,紙巾也不時無曬,空空如也!      三,開始偷工減料!今日食個湯飯比平時少一半有多(湯料) continue reading

唔喺清明,唔喺重陽,但就會一年一度上鑽石山墳場掃墓,因為就番先人嘅死忌日,所以,慈雲山、黃大仙或鑽石山一帶,一年總有機會有一篇食評出現。今次,外面天氣超熱(今年全球啲天氣都好反常,香港嘅天氣就特別濕、特別熱),故此,近近哋行過去慈雲山中心,由底層行到最上層,揀咗「湯加」,因為之前同老婆食過佢哋嘅「百秘海鱸魚」,喺幾得嘅,所以,投其信心一票。呢間鋪唔及紅磡店大,但環境都依樣乾淨企理,光猛闊落,依家食嘢除講味道,都求個安心啫。加上位處商場最高層,相對下層堆餐廳,喺比較少人幫襯。而餐具、糖鹽、牙簽,均擺晒晌餐枱側嘅抽櫃,自由取用,唔做勞煩侍應。因為已到下午茶時段,就算喺假期,都一樣有下午茶餐提供,而且,都幾多款式揀,價格都相宜。老婆就一早打算翻兜百秘鱸魚,當然,主餐牌嘅所有菜式都一樣有供應。百秒海鱸魚米線 $68今次再食,仲要喺唔同嘅分店,難得水準保持到呀,依樣海鱸魚喺原鍋咁上,而米線則用碗仔另上,夾埋起上嚟,整體份量非常之多,所以,小弟亦要幫佢包咗半份底。魚肉嫩滑鮮味,魚湯底亦好鮮,蘿蔔清甜無渣,米線口感滑溜,真喺無咩挑剔。 炸雞脾薯條配西多士 $35細佬妹就同樣都揀炸脾,常常晌茶記,炸脾會配吓沙律或薯條,但呢度就勁,配薯條,整多兩粒車厘茄,仲加多份厚切嘅西多,鑊仔咁上,有睇頭,又夠份量。炸脾炸得唔錯喎,最基本嘅,就喺無炸燶先啦,炸得皮脆甘香,夠肉汁,唔會「乾崢崢」,薯條亦香脆不膩,西多士就喺大路貨色出品,無話好好,亦無話差。芝士火腿蔥薄餅配香茅雞翼 $33 因為預咗要幫老婆嘅米線包底,所以,揀咗一款有啲特色,但相對輕量級啲嘅茶餐。芝士火腿蔥薄餅喺就喺有少少油,但煎得脆脆口,夾咗芝士同火腿,卻喺幾鹹香惹味;雞翼唔喺啲奀挑鬼命嘅貨色,大大隻,炸得金香,食落皮脆肉嫩,滲出陣陣香茅味,三十零蚊,交足貨啦。即磨咖啡細佬妹佢哋揀咗凍柑桔蜜,話OK,無特別影相,就唔多講。晌茶就,就絕對會揀熱奶茶,不過晌呢度,揀即磨咖啡應該穩陣啲,入口,又算喺幾醇和。今餐就簡簡單單,加上啲下午茶定價好大眾化,喺位置比其他同商場嘅餐廳蝕底咗,不過,主要都哋做慈雲山街坊客,生意應該OK嘅。 continue reading

今朝見無乜野做,就打算落慈雲山中心搵間餐廳食,之後見到平時少食既湯加無乜人,就行入去食啦。入到去自己搵個位坐,睇完餐牌就落單,不過唔知係因為朝早定平時都係甘,個場都係得一個waiter同一個執檯,舉左手一陣先有人睇到。之後點左個花生醬煉奶厚多士配熱冬瓜茶,等左大約五分鐘就有得食。整體質素不過不失,d野食唔算熱但多士黎講算唔錯,有冬瓜茶飲都係吸引我既一個要素,同埋埋單都只係23蚊。其實個個位好多手都係死場,不過湯加都做左幾耐下,希望佢可以繼續做啦,因為佢早餐都幾好食。 continue reading

同樣由於疫情關係, 已有一段時間沒有回老婆外家探望外母。 為了不要令外母逐漸把自己遺忘( 笑), 今日決定到附近商場買外賣到外母家一同享用。 外母建議一間在慈雲山中心叫湯加的食肆, 說之前吃過不錯的。 叫了兩份豬軟骨魚蛋米線配薯條多春魚 和雪菜肉絲豬扒米線。豬軟骨魚蛋米線配薯條多春魚不太常有的套餐組合。 值得一讚是外賣把米線和湯 分開盛載, 所以米線依然保持彈牙, 湯底也夠味, 不似加了味精, 因為吃後也不覺口乾。 豬軟骨相當入味軟淋, 魚蛋夠彈牙爽口。 多春魚賣相不算吸引但味道尚可, 薯條夠脆口。 雪菜肉絲豬扒米線湯底帶點辣度, 略嫌雪菜肉絲味道太淡, 但豬扒相當入味, 應該在醃的步驟下了相當功夫。值得推薦這間性價比非常不錯的餐廳。 continue reading

叫了外賣到家,兩個特式湯飯,兩杯飲品,本以為是那種健康的湯,味道淡一點也沒關係,沒想到味道真有點受不了酸湯魚,魚片太少就不說了,整個口味就是咸味+辣味。感覺就像是把白菜魚片扔一起煮水,加了點鹽加了點辣椒和雞精水蜜桃味飲品,也不知道摻了多少水還有杯黑糖仙草什麼的,感覺就是過期的咳嗽藥水,味道比咳嗽藥水還甜,甜到發苦,口感又很噁心,沙沙的,跟腸胃不舒服,舌頭上堆積的舌苔一樣另一個紅酒牛尾,我男朋友說還行吧,反正我也沒吃再也不會點了 continue reading
