食左N次既湘菜局,好鍾意呢個外省既味道,好相信已經按南方人既味道而調節左個辣度,因為係經驗記憶中傳統既湘菜係辣到咀腫(我)。其實每次都係點同一堆餸菜,而每次都好想選擇其他未曾叫過既餸菜,但又諗,鍾意既點解要轉?係為轉而轉?定係貪新鮮?每次點同一堆餸菜而每次都會食得好開心。每次都放唔底必點既係川椒回鍋肉($88)同小蔥醬油炒飯($68),尤其係小蔥醬油炒飯,飯炒得香配埋個醬油係無得輸既一個炒飯,唔好睇好似好深色,深色只係醬油既顏色而已;紅油炒手六隻($46),呢個又係唔叫唔心息,皮滑醬汁辣得黎又唔係死辣果隻,過癮。常德大盤茄子炆豆角($80),個醬汁係靈魂,呢個餸無飯空口食好野味。韭菜鮮肉水餃六隻($52)皮厚亦係我好喜歡既Style。當食咸野食飽左之後,好自然就會舉手Order埋豆沙窩餅($48),好老實,就算我幾鍾意食豆沙鍋餅都好,真係唔係間間都好食,亦有啲真係好難食,但呢道係好食既,每次都會點,無得傾既。
