To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佢一直睇佢鋪面都以為唔係幾好食，但係朋友一直強烈推薦，今日終於去咗食，見到好多人排隊，心諗：究竟係因為平所以多人排隊，定係因為好食所以咁多人排隊呢？答案係真係幾好食，呢個價錢做到呢個質素，實在係驚喜！好多人都買外賣拎走，但呢度都有啲位好似大排檔咁坐係街邊食，沒有冷氣的，不過都值得一食！我哋叫咗小籠包，鍋貼，生煎包，酸辣湯，基本上所有都超好食，外脆內軟，餡料多，酸辣湯味道濃郁，超好食！不過小籠包皮好容易爛，比較難食到啲湯汁。紅油抄手好食，不過唔係上海口味，係四川麻辣口味。

我哋叫咗小籠包，鍋貼，生煎包，酸辣湯，基本上所有都超好食，外脆內軟，餡料多，酸辣湯味道濃郁，超好食！

不過小籠包皮好容易爛，比較難食到啲湯汁。

紅油抄手好食，不過唔係上海口味，係四川麻辣口味。
