To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啱啱睇電視新聞直播，食衞局宣布晚市禁堂食延至1月20日。希望疫情盡快受控，食肆可以回復正常營業時間。我地嚟到選擇非常多嘅葵廣。當時大約七點，我地俾三哥門口個大招牌吸引住，係期間限定嘅「花膠胡椒雞美線」，貌似好抵食咁，見冇乜人排隊，就拿拿聲落單先。攞住張單等咗一陣，越嚟越多人排隊買外賣，好多都係揀呢款「美線」，因為唔駛諗，非常方便！等咗十幾分鐘左右，拎住一大袋去附近公園享用熱辣辣嘅「美線」。湯碗內有兩大片薄花膠，而雞肉有四至五舊仔，已經起咗骨，非常貼心，係加分位。唔駛$50就食到好飽，真係大滿足呢！
